INNER WORK

"Love and justice are not two. without inner change, there can be no outer change; without collective change, no change matters."

- Rev. Angel Kyodo Williams

Systems thinking tells us that patterns appear in fractals. Small individual parts mirror the whole, and vice versa. We as individuals are fractals of the systems we are living and working in. If we want these systems to shift, then we also need to shift. This set of tools is dedicated to the inner work of transformation, such as embodiment, reflecting on our positionality, tracking what we’re learning, and locating our agency in the systems we are trying to shift.
